“As I reflect on my 40 plus years in public service I think on the many life lessons I have learned along the way. I want to thank America for the opportunities to fulfill my American dream, and I want to thank my friends for their support. As a witness of two Wars I believe it is my duty to promote peace in this world. My goal now as always is to mentor and develop the Future Leaders, the best blend of East and West, the global citizens for generations to come.”
